Yeah, if you used a program other than paint, you would def. be able to create much better layouts.
Photoshop is a GREAT program, but it might be hard to figure out.
I think Paint Shop Pro is a better first graphic program. That's what I started out with, and then I graduated to Photoshop. Photoshop can be intimidating because there are so many features to it, plus it's super expensive if you want to buy it. Like $600

yeah, they can be tough, but in the end it will only help you get better, because you're being forced to think of ways to improve your work.

I just saw it, and it doesn't look that bad. I like the whale. It's better than your "blue things" drawing, although I can see why they think the boxes are "sloppy."

LMFAO I LOVE IT! That's hilarious. I hope it gets accepted!! These CB people are tough lately. I started submitting in December, and I never got any of my layouts rejected, but I'm sure some of them would be rejected if I submitted them now (and wasn't an official designer). It's crazy
I have a couple of overlay ideas I'm working with. One has a spider, one has an owl. But I can't get them to work out. I'm feeling uninspired. :(
